Very Simply, I'm a "Renaissance Food Man".

Having worked 15+ years in the restaurant industry for, and with, some of the most wonderful chefs, and people, has nurtured me into the many hats I've worn, bringing me to this moment.
​
From serving fine dining to bistros, bartending and creating menus, to training staff in Best Practices and Product knowledge. From Liquor distributor to author of Training Modules and book on Consumer ethics and mindful dining.

My love is PEOPLE.
My heart is in EXPERIENCES.
My Passion is FOOD.
My Strength is TEACHING.

I have worked in CA, NYC, and PHX, always opening my inquisitive mind and creativity to the powerful, talented, and charming chefs that have built and maintained the quality of American cuisine.

I have a respect for tradition and history.
I admire progress and change.
I revel in fortunate accidents.
And I appreciate preparation.

As of now, I am a Writer, a service consultant, a food inventor and artisan. But mostly I am a Food and Life Alchemist.
I am also a massage Therapist, Energy Balancing practitioner, Transformational Life Coach, Actor and Jazz Vocalist.

Why should you listen to me over anyone else?
No particular reason, I suppose...
I don't believe I have any fancy credentials that would elevate me above any other man or woman. I am humble to be included with anyone who devotes their time in service to others.

But no other person is me... No one has had my experiences, my drive, my mentors, my pain, my joy, my passion, and you will never find another me.

I am very proud of my palate, my creativity, and my desire to never stop learning.
